Room Selection Process and Timeline for Rising Third & Fourth Year Students:

Room Selection for rising third and fourth year students begins very soon! This is your chance to live on campus for the 2016-2017 Academic Year, don’t miss out, limited rooms available! There will be a specified number of beds available for next year’s third and fourth year students, so act quickly to have the best chance of getting your desired room. We strive to make selecting your room as easy as possible. Our MyCard process will give you flexibility to search for private rooms, pull in roommates, and make your own room changes, simply by going online.

General Selection Process for Upper Class Students
If you are interested in living in a residence hall or Heritage Commons, you have the opportunity to participate in the lottery and room selection for the upcoming school year. To take advantage of this option, visit MyCard between 9am and 9pm on December 1, 2015 to begin the general room selection lottery. You can login at any time during those hours to select a lottery balloon on MyCard. You will “pop a balloon” to learn your specific room selection starting time. Beginning on Thursday, December 3, 2015 you may go online at your specified time (or anytime afterward) to select a room for next year. Students who do not choose a lottery time are invited to select a room beginning on December 3, 2015 at 9pm.

Waiting List
Due to the first and second-year live on requirement, we must reserve a predetermined number of rooms for our incoming first year and rising second year residents. If you are unable to select a room, you will have the option of signing up to be on our Housing Waiting List. We will notify you in we have additional availability for on-campus housing!
